The campaign has nearly $5 million in cash-on-hand after raising almost $2.7 million since January 1st
ST. PAUL, MN — Today, July 26, the Walz-Flanagan campaign announced that it has raised approximately $2.7 million since January 1 and has nearly $5 million cash on hand. During this period, about 87% of the contributions have come from Minnesotans and 93% have been donations of $200 or less, demonstrating the strong grassroots support the Walz-Flanagan campaign is receiving from all over the state. The campaign has also increased its cash-on-hand to $4.98 million.
“The unprecedented grassroots energy that we’re seeing will support an operation that helps us have conversations with voters in all 87 Minnesota counties,” said Nichole Johnson, campaign manager for the Walz-Flanagan campaign. “Minnesotans know that Gov. Walz and Lt. Gov. Flanagan will keep fighting to fully fund public schools, promote economic opportunity, and block the Jensen-Birk abortion ban. Their vision for the future is fueling our campaign as we head toward the fall.”
Gov. Walz and Lt. Gov. Flanagan are running for re-election to ensure that every family has the opportunity to succeed and to keep Minnesota moving forward.
